Affordable Personal training sessions so fitness is not a luxury anymore!
We will use cardio and also a variety of bodyweight and resistance exercises to help you gain lean muscle in your affordable 1-1 sessions. You will also get advice on nutrition in your sessions this will all help in your journey to a better you!
Programs will have a mix of both high and moderate intensity exercises, using free weights, the barbell and your bodyweight. Strength training is great for building lean muscle which will change your bodyshape and burn more calories.
Cross-training sessions using the Concept2 Indoor Rower, the Concept2 Skierg and the Assault Bike are also available these will improve cardio and also both your upper and lower body strength, using this equipment alongside a strength program will be beneficial to both your physical and mental health.
1-1 Personal Training session will be £27.50 per session.
JANUARY 2022 SPECIAL OFFER OF 10 SESSIONS FOR £250
Indoor Rowing sessions 1-2-1 session will be £25.00 per session.
