We will use a variety of strength exercises to help you gain lean muscle in your affordable 1-1 sessions. Using dumbells and barbells as well as a variety of bodyweight exercises too. You will also get advice on nutrition in your sessions this will all help in your journey to a better you!
Are you an Athlete that wants to progress in your sport (cycling, tennis, running, rowing are a few), I offer Strength and Conditioning sessions that are specifically aimed at the movements of your sport. Get in touch and find out more details!
Programs will have a mix of both high and moderate intensity exercises, using free weights, the barbell and your bodyweight. Strength training is great for building lean muscle which will change your bodyshape and burn more calories.

1-1 Personal Training session will be £30.00 per hour session if booked in 4 week blocks. Pay as you go sessions are £35.00.
Indoor Rowing technique sessions 1-2-1 will be £30.00 per session. I also offer remote strength sessions aimed at improving your Indoor rowing performance, get in touch to find out more!
