We will use cardio and also a variety of bodyweight and resistance exercises to help you gain lean muscle in your affordable 1-1 sessions. You will also get advice on nutrition in your sessions this will all help in your journey to a better you!
For clients interested in indoor rowing 1-1 sessions I will be writing weekly sessions for each individual to complete with my support and advice.
Cross-training sessions using both the Concept2 Indoor Rower AND the Concept2 Skierg are also available these will improve cardio and also both your upper and lower body strength.
I can also write programmes that incorporate both resistance exercises and indoor rowing using a variety of fitness equipment such as freeweights, barbells, bodyweight exercises and using the TRX Suspension Trainer to help improve your core strength and tone your body, all these exercises will compliment your indoor rowing and Skierg sessions and see your health and well-being along with your physical health improve immensely.
All Sessions will be carried out in my quiet, private garage gym.
Each Personal Training session will be £25 per session.
Indoor Rowing sessions 1-2-1 session will be £25.00 per session.
PT and Indoor Rowing sessions 1-1 will be £25.00 per session

Your first session will be a free 1/2 hour consultation where we will discuss what you would like to achieve, your present fitness and health. All this information will then help me provide you with an exercise program totally tailored to your individual needs.
NORMALLY BLOCKS OF 10 PT 1-1 SESSIONS WILL BE £225.

1-2-1 indoor rowing sessions with me for £25 per session of 5 sessions for £100, in these I will teach you about stroke rates and how to increase your power and speed. We will look at your rowing technique in each session and you will complete a carefully written session based on your own individual paces. You will also get a session to complete away at home or in your gym which again will be written especially for you.
